Welcome to Kairos Wellness Centre. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Kairos Wellness Centre provides psychological counseling and therapy services. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

3. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Information shared in therapy is private, with specific exceptions required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and UPI.
